RETURN POLICY

Orders will ship out on business days, Monday-Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and handling. If anticipated longer packaging, you will be contacted so. If you have questions about a lead time, please contact cameronjschott@gmail.com for more information. 

 

You should receive a confirmation email confirming your order shortly after you place it. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. After checking the spam folder and you still do not see it, please then contact cameronjschott@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue for you. 

Shipping is currently available to the 50 United States. We do not yet ship international. Please inquire regarding international sales.

If you're not entirely happy with your Cam Schott original, we're here to help.

You must notify of your return us within 5 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it-as well as in the original packaging/proof of purchase.

Once your item is received and inspected, you will be notified. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card (or other form of payment). Check with your card issuer's policies to determine when you will receive your credit.  

Returns must be paid for by the customer.
